Full job description

As an established privately-owned family company West Riding has been delivering exceptional customer service in Lancashire and Yorkshire since 2003.

We are looking for a Full Time Accounts Assistant to join our expanding Hyundai team in Bury.

As an accounts assistant you will aid and provide support to our Accounts Team through a number of areas and processes.

You will join a talented and dedicated team of people who constantly achieve targets whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service and maintaining customer retention.

What are we looking for? To be a success in the role candidates must possess the following skills:

Bank reconciliation’s inc keying all bank entries
Allocation of general sales ledger receipts and vehicle payments
Processing purchase invoices
Managing supplier payment and statements
Supporting the Accounts team with other general tasks
A keen eye for attention to detail

Requirements

Previous accounts book keeping or experience preferred
Experience within the motor trade would be an advantage but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and communication skills
Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Confident using computer systems and Excel
Organized, dependable and able to work as part of a team
