Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The Riverside Nursing Home in GB. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while supporting our commitment to compassionate elderly care.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents with a focus on EMI needs.
Monitor and assess residents' health conditions, updating care plans accordingly.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care strategies.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of resident care activities.
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents.
Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration in GB.
Proven experience in elderly or EMI nursing preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medication administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Compassionate approach to elder care.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations relevant to nursing homes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing resident needs.
