About the Role

Noir Production Creative Services Ltd provides creative production, digital content, brand communication, video production and marketing services to clients across the United Kingdom.

We are looking for an organised, analytical and improvement-focused Operations Analyst to support the efficiency of our production and business-service activities. The successful candidate will review operational data, monitor workflows, prepare performance reports and help identify practical ways to improve project delivery, resource use and internal processes.

You will work with production, creative, client-service, finance and project-management teams to ensure that reliable information supports day-to-day decisions.

This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in operations, business analysis, reporting, project coordination, process improvement or data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project delivery, workloads, turnaround times, costs and service performance.

Data Analysis: Review operational data to identify trends, delays, recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Workflow Monitoring: Track projects and tasks across creative, production and client-service teams.

Process Improvement: Evaluate current procedures and recommend practical changes that improve efficiency, quality and consistency.

Resource Planning: Support the allocation of staff, equipment and production resources across active projects.

Performance Tracking: Maintain dashboards and monitor agreed operational measures and service targets.

Project Support: Assist project managers with schedules, status updates, risk tracking and delivery reporting.

Capacity Analysis: Review team availability and upcoming workloads to identify potential resource gaps.

Cost Monitoring: Support the tracking of project costs, supplier charges and operational spending.

Client Delivery: Monitor deadlines and service commitments to help ensure that client work is delivered as agreed.

Data Quality: Check the accuracy and completeness of operational records, reports and system information.

Issue Investigation: Analyse operational problems, identify likely causes and support corrective actions.

Documentation: Create and update process maps, standard operating procedures and internal guidance.

Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations clearly to managers and department teams.

Continuous Improvement: Support company initiatives involving workflow automation, system improvements and service development.

What We Are Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, project coordination or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting tools and data management.
Ability to interpret operational information and present clear findings.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to manage several priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
Confidence working with managers and cross-functional teams.
Experience preparing reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification in Business, Operations Management, Data Analysis, Finance or a related subject.
Experience working in a creative agency, production company, marketing business or professional-services environment.
Familiarity with project-management, customer relationship management or enterprise systems.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of process mapping and continuous-improvement methods.
Experience monitoring budgets, project costs or supplier performance.
Basic understanding of workflow automation or digital business systems.

Pay: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
