Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support. This position is perfect for someone looking to contribute in a flexible, fast-paced environment while developing valuable skills in office management.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
Support invoicing and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Handle general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies

Skills

Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Experience with clerical work such as filing, data entry, and document management
