Full job description

For more than two decades, Ullyses has built a strong reputation across South Wales as a trusted and reliable building and construction company. Approved by major insurers, we deliver a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from property extensions and renovations to insurance repairs and maintenance works — all completed by our experienced, skilled in-house trades team.

Our services include:

Residential building and maintenance
New builds, extensions and conversions
Kitchens, bathrooms and full property renovations
Commercial building and maintenance
Insurance repair works

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking for an experienced Plasterer / General Builder to join our expanding team.

Required Skills & Experience

Experienced and competent in all aspects of plastering
General building and maintenance experience preferred
Ability to carry out high-quality work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of residential renovation projects
Full UK driving licence
Strong time management and attention to detail
Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude

Role Responsibilities

Internal and external plastering work, including skimming, patch repairs and rendering
General building and maintenance duties across residential and commercial properties
Working within occupied homes and customer-focused environments
Supporting renovation, refurbishment and insurance repair projects
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
Willingness to assist with and learn additional aspects of general building work
