Full job description

Caddies Café is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for individuals who can provide excellent customer service while helping maintain the high standards that our customers expect.

The role will involve working 5 days per week on a rota basis, including both weekdays and weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers and providing a warm, friendly welcome
Taking food and drink orders accurately
Operating the till and processing payments
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
Delivering food and beverages to customers
Clearing and cleaning tables efficiently
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the café
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working as part of a team during busy service periods
Ensuring customers receive excellent service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work well as part of a team
Flexible and available to work 5 days per week, including weekdays and weekends
