Our Junior Sous Chef roles

Your key focuses will be on cooking,health and safety,orders and procedures - all designed to work together to help run an efficient kitchen. You will be confident,self-motivated and keen to lead from the front and showcase your passion for hospitality.

Due to the high standards of the restaurant,and the responsibility for a growing team we ask that all applicants have experience in a similar restaurant.
