At Pat Robson & Co, we currently have a rare and exciting opportunity to join our established Sales and Lettings team.

Sales and Lettings Administrative Assistant
Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2 2AD

Permanent
£25,000 per annum

Pat Robson & Co is one of the leading Estate and Letting Agents across Newcastle-upon-Tyne and surrounding areas and this is an exciting opportunity to join our team!

About the role:

Reporting to the Assistant Head of Sales and Lettings, as a Sales and Lettings administrative assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Registering applicants
Answering enquiries by phone and email
Matching applicants with properties based on their requirements
Ensuring all GDPR processes are carried out correctly
Sending out property details to applicants
Contacting vendors and completing AML
Booking sales and lettings viewings
Occasional attendance at sales and lettings viewings
Floorplan creation
Providing correct notice to tenanted/occupied properties
Negotiating offers on properties for sale and let
Assisting in the creation of legal tenancy paperwork and referencing information
Agreeing sales for properties, requesting proof of funds, supporting documents and solicitors’ details
Keeping up to date with operational updates and other company communications
Being aware of legislative changes within the sales and lettings industry and within the company
Liaising directly with the Vendors and Landlords on a weekly basis
Exceeding customer service expectations
Completing tasks set as part of an administrative assistant’s daily role

What you will need:

Ideally a property background with experience of the lettings industry, however this is not essential as full training will be given
A full clean drivers license
An ability to provide excellent customer service
A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion for people and property
Ability to thrive in a busy and demanding environment

Salary:

£25,000 per annum

Benefits package:

21 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays

You must be authorised to work in the UK. No agencies please.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
