Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage financial records, process transactions, and ensure the accuracy of our accounting data. Your expertise will help maintain the financial health of our organization and support smooth operational workflows.

Duties

Record and categorize all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments
Reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making
Maintain organized documentation of receipts, invoices, and other financial records
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and reports
Checking on / off hire asset list
Dealing with day to day office administrating requirements
Checking P&L sheets

Experience

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and financial regulations
