Overview

Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in executing daily operations, ensuring smooth FOH functions and high standards of service.
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to adhere to specific standards and job roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide training and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining organisational records to ensure operational efficiency.

Skills

Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members.
Proven management experience with a background in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills for clear instructions, conflict resolution, and building rapport with customers and staff.
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a busy pub/hotel setting.
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative responsibilities.
Experience in retail management or sales management roles is highly desirable.
