Full job description

£22 per hour | 12 hours per week (fixed commitment) | 2-year associate contract

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Associate Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and provide occasional administrative support across the wider business.

This role is supported through the UK Government’s Access to Work scheme and offers a stable, fixed-term opportunity within a growing business.

Key Details

£22 per hour
12 hours per week (fixed commitment)
2-year fixed-term associate contract
Flexible scheduling of agreed hours (by arrangement)

About the Role

You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to help manage priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will also assist other team members when required.

Responsibilities

Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
Handling emails, correspondence, and calls
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Coordinating travel and bookings
Maintaining records and digital filing systems
Supporting projects and business administration
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
General administrative support across the business

About You

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and manage workload
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Fully competent in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Previous PA / Executive Assistant / senior admin experience
Experience working within the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential

Requirements

Must operate as an independent associate/contractor
Must provide your own laptop and mobile phone
Must be able to work confidentially and professionally at all times
