About the Job

At Langosteria, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will ensure the proper functioning, safety, and efficiency of our facilities and technical systems, contributing to the exceptional standards of excellence that define the Langosteria brand.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance activities across restaurant facilities and equipment
Monitor and maintain heating, boiler, cooling, and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose technical issues and carry out timely corrective interventions
Coordinate and support external suppliers and specialized maintenance contractors when required
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Plan and execute maintenance activities with precision, minimizing disruption to operations
Monitor the condition of equipment and identify improvement opportunities to prevent breakdowns
Maintain accurate records of maintenance interventions and technical documentation
Support opening, renovation, and improvement projects across the Group's locations
Collaborate closely with restaurant management and operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
Knowledge of boiler systems, cooling systems, and general building maintenance
Strong manual and practical skills, with the ability to perform physical work when required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and execute tasks accurately
Good level of autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with common IT tools and software
Availability to work on shifts and provide support when operational needs require it
