Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Wren Properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The position is suitable for applicants who are detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
Handling appointment scheduling and calendar management
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Oulook and our in house Property management system.
Managing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services
Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
Assisting with administrative tasks such as booking property viewings, arranging diaries for engineers and viewing staff and organising maintenance
Supporting team members with various clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Skills

Proven office experience or administrative background
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong typing skills for data entry and document preparation
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Good attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideal for organised individuals who thrive in administrative settings and are eager to support a professional team. The position offers valuable experience in office management and administrative procedures within a friendly workplace.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
