Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the food and beverage industry while delivering memorable experiences to our patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering queries about menu items.
Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks during busy hours.
Good organisational skills to keep work areas tidy and stocked.
A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or special events as required. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a lively hospitality environment.
