Sales Negotiator – Residential Sales
Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire
Full-Time | Permanent
£35,000 OTE | Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Benefits

Richard Butler Estate Agents is Ross-on-Wye’s leading independent estate agency, established in 1993. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Property Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for property to develop a successful career in estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties
Arrange and accompany property viewings, providing timely feedback to vendors
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful sales
Manage sales progression from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
Maintain accurate records and manage applicant databases
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the buying process

About You:

Minimum 1 year experience in residential property sales (senior level preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Target-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude
Good local knowledge of Ross-on-Wye and surrounding areas is a plus
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

£35,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
