Overview

20 x hours per week Monday to Thursday.

Self employed

Petrol allowance and phone allowance additional.

Hours 11-4pm

We are seeking a dedicated and organised HMO Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our managed properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting the overall efficiency of our property portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in administration, office experience, or property management to develop their career within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with relevant software tools such as Yardi.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of HMO properties, including tenant relations and lease administration
Dealing with councils for inspections
Completing HMO and ADDITIONAL licences applications
Coordinate maintenance and repair works to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Conduct data entry tasks accurately for rent collections, tenancy records, and other administrative functions
Organise property inspections, viewings, and lease renewals efficiently
Maintain organised records of all property-related documentation using Dropbox or similar property management software
Support the preparation of reports related to occupancy, rent collection, and maintenance activities
Ensure full compliance with new renters rights legislation
Carry out viewings for any rooms that come available
Stage rooms in readiness for viewings.
Regular inspections to check standards, carry out risk assessments

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or property management roles is essential.
Familiarity with Dropbox or comparable property management systems is highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Must be familiar with estate agency processes eg viewings, tenancy agreements, compliance and regulations, staging, fire safety regs etc.
Administrative experience within a property or facilities management environment is essential
Ability to work independently whilst being a team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essentialThis role provides an excellent platform for motivated individuals seeking to advance their career within property management. Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
