Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated MedTech Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Woking. This full-time, office-based role is essential for the day-to-day coordination and execution of our logistics operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Operational Coordination: Ensure full visibility and control across all movements, supporting the planning and coordination of shipments, demo movements, collections, and deliveries.
Job Management & System Updates: Create and manage bookings in internal systems, update job statuses in real-time, and maintain accurate records including delivery details and documentation.
Customer Communication: Provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery timing, job progress, and status changes, while handling booking confirmations and general queries.
Internal Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with transport providers, warehouse teams, and operations colleagues to ensure accurate handovers and clear communication of job requirements.
Issue Handling: Support the resolution of delays, missing information, and basic operational issues, escalating more complex issues to the Operational Account Lead or senior team.
Process & Compliance: Follow defined operating procedures (SOPs) for planning, execution, and documentation, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to operational standards.
Team Support: Provide day-to-day support to the Operational Account Lead and the wider operations team, assisting with workload management and administrative tasks.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in logistics or operations coordination, preferably within the MedTech sector.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer experience.
A diligent approach to maintaining accuracy and consistency in all operational activities.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £35,000, with the potential for negotiation for the right candidate. Additional benefits include:

Working Style

This role is 100% office-based in Woking, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will be an integral part of our live operations, providing essential support to ensure smooth logistics processes.
