Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Commercial Property Agent to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting senior agents with property management, client communications, and market research, all within a fast-paced and professional environment. Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and organisation of property listings and marketing materials
Support senior agents in conducting property viewings and client meetings
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities within the commercial property sector
Maintain accurate records of property details, client interactions, and transaction progress
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and updating databases
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Support the team with general office duties to ensure efficient workflow
Driving Licence essential

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
