Recovery Truck Driver (3.5T) – Full Time

Salary: £30,000 per annum

About Us

DRIVE FLOW LOGISTICS LTD is a professional vehicle transportation and recovery company operating throughout the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering a reliable, professional and customer-focused service. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable 3.5T Recovery Truck Driver to join our growing team.

This position is suited to an individual with proven flatbed recovery experience, excellent driving standards and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a 3.5T flatbed recovery vehicle safely and professionally.
Recovering, collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide.
Loading, securing and transporting vehicles in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Completing vehicle condition reports and collection/delivery documentation.
Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects immediately.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism when dealing with customers and clients.
Ensuring all vehicles are transported safely and efficiently while adhering to road traffic regulations.

Essential Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 10 years.
Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience driving a flatbed recovery truck.
Aged 30 years or over (insurance purposes).
No penalty points.
No driving endorsements.
No criminal record.
Excellent knowledge of UK roads and motorway networks.
Strong understanding of vehicle loading and securing procedures.
Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

DRIVE FLOW LOGISTICS LTD operates a strict zero-tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy.

All successful applicants will be subject to:

Pre-employment screening.
Random drug and alcohol testing.
Ongoing compliance checks throughout employment.

Any failed test or refusal to participate in testing will result in immediate disciplinary action and may lead to termination of employment.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday.
Up to 10 hours per day.
Flexibility required due to the nature of vehicle recovery and transportation work.
