Summary

We are seeking a qualified Instructor to join Ford & Lydon HGV Driver Training in <LOCATION>. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of professional HGV drivers, aligning with our company's values of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive HGV training sessions to trainee drivers.
Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of training activities.
Stay updated with current driving laws and best practices.
Support trainees in preparing for licensing exams.
Promote a positive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience driving HGV C+E vehicles.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage learners.
Commitment to safety and professional development.
Preferably experience in training or teaching roles.
Valid UK driving license for HGV vehicles.
