Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Domestic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within various environments, including residential settings and healthcare facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Assist with the organisation of spaces, ensuring that items are returned to their designated locations.
Adhere to infection control protocols, particularly in hospital environments, to maintain a safe and hygienic atmosphere.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Skills

Experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
Familiarity with cleaning procedures in hospital settings is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
