Job Summary

As a Server, you will be the vibrant face of our dining experience, delivering exceptional service that leaves guests excited to return. Your energetic and welcoming attitude will create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. You’ll be responsible for taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages promptly, and ensuring every guest’s experience is memorable. This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to a positive team culture.

Duties

Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness to set a positive tone for their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is prioritized
Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, addressing any concerns with professionalism and positivity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth service flow
Handle payments accurately, process transactions swiftly, and thank guests sincerely for their patronage

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a lively, engaging personality that energizes the dining atmosphere
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues across different roles
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
