Full job description

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter to join our team, carrying out a variety of small works and maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for completing a range of carpentry tasks, including repairs, installations, and minor refurbishment works. The role requires someone who takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship, can work independently, and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

First and second fix carpentry.
Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery.
Installing skirting, architraves, kitchens, and other joinery.
Repairing and replacing timber components.
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance works.
Completing small refurbishment projects.
Ensuring all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and within agreed timescales.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a qualified carpenter.
Ability to undertake a wide variety of carpentry and maintenance tasks.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
Full UK driving licence.
CSCS card.
Own tools.
