About the role

We seek a few full-time and part-time experienced Education Consultants to join our Birmingham Office.

Job Description:

Review and assess Chinese or English speaking students’ academic. performance and advise the most suitable academic/vocational plan.
Deal with enquiries of students and provide professional consultation services to students on UK Education opportunities and have confidence to sell our products.
Knowledge of our products and introduce it to customers to achieve sales targets.
Deliver and update new information and changes in British educational institutions to students.
Assist and advise on student applications, including but not limited to tracking applications, arranging interviews, fielding any general or specific enquiries, and advocating on behalf of students.
Design evaluation procedures so that the company can have a quick understanding about students’ academic performance.
Give potential customers advice on the entry requirements of various programmes of universities in the UK.
Staying in touch with students to offer them a great aftersales experience.
Work with colleagues and use the existing resources to make sure every stage of our services runs smoothly.
Provide instruction for students on the enrolment procedure, which includes pre-departure preparation and arrival registration.
Coordinate with British educational institutions or international recruitment officers to discuss course arrangement, entry requirements for student applications.
Attend British educational institutions' training and conferences online and offline.
Assist marketing team with planning and implementing online and offline activities.
Work closely with our admin team.

Requirements

The candidate must have a degree obtained in the UK.
At least one year relevant work experience in consultancy or the education industry.
Both Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills are required.
Thrive under pressure and have a can-do attitude.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
