Full job description

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, covering a broad range of grounds and exterior maintenance duties across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance (mowing, strimming, hedge trimming, litter picking, and site tidiness)
Window cleaning (traditional and water-fed pole systems)
Solar panel cleaning and inspection for visible faults or debris
Gutter clearing and maintenance
Jet washing of hard surfaces, paths, patios, and building exteriors
Working at height using ladders, MEWPs, or similar access equipment, in line with health and safety regulations
Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards found on site
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, or a similar multi-trade role
Comfortable and confident working at height (training/certification a plus, e.g. IPAF or PASMA)
Full UK driving licence (own transport may be required)
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks in all weather conditions
Good attention to detail and pride in a job well done
Ability to work independently and manage a varied daily schedule
