Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our growing team at MOLLY MAID CROYDON AND COULSDON .

This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our domestic cleaning franchise, based in Kenley, Croydon .

The ideal candidate will possess

strong organisational skills
excellent communication abilities,
proficiency in various computer programmes.
Enjoy cleaning ( as may need to cover staff holidays and during busy periods )
HAVE A FULL CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENCE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE
LIVE WITH IN 15/20 MIN TRAVELL BY CAR TO CR8 POSTCODE

This role will start as a maternity cover and may have the potential to develop into a more permanent position

Hours will be from 9.30 to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday,so perfect for school hours candidate and is a really lovely company to work for. (Please note this is NOT a termtime only contract)

Duties

Managing and maintaining accurate records on our system from customer records, staff records
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Invoicing and matching customer payments to cleans done .
Dealing with staff enquiries and managing the teams schedules and activities. Hence Previous staff management experience will be beneficial
Managing email communications and responding promptly to internal and external queries . Hence office Experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong computer skills preferredExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

This role is suitable for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support a busy office environment. Prior experience in administrative roles will be considered an asset.
