Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.

Support multilingual customers by providing bilingual assistance in Spanish and English, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Exceptional phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and determine appropriate solutions.
Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple conversations or tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.
