Content Executive

Join One of the UK's Fastest-Growing Luxury Homeware Brands

At LUSSO, we're looking for a creative, ambitious Content Executive who is passionate about writing, digital marketing and organic growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with approximately two years of experience in content marketing who is looking to take the next step in their career. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership of key projects, and play an important role in shaping the content strategy for a premium international brand.

Whether you're already working within e-commerce or have experience creating written content for another consumer brand, if you're eager to learn, develop and progress, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our growing marketing team, you'll help create engaging, search-optimised content that increases organic visibility, resonates with customers and supports commercial growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating engaging website content, including category pages, product descriptions, landing pages and promotional copy.
Writing informative blog articles that educate, inspire and drive organic traffic.
Optimising existing website content through keyword research, internal linking, metadata improvements and content enhancements.
Supporting the planning and delivery of our content strategy alongside the wider marketing team.
Researching keywords, competitor activity and search trends to identify new content opportunities.
Working alongside our external agencies to help execute campaigns and maximise organic performance.
Supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns and wider marketing initiatives with compelling content.
Managing content schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Monitoring performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
Reporting on content performance and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensuring all content reflects the LUSSO brand, maintaining a premium tone of voice and exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with an eagerness to learn, enjoys writing and wants to build a long-term career in digital marketing.

Ideally, you'll have:

Proven experience in a content marketing or copywriting role, ideally around two years.
Excellent written English with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working with a CMS such as Shopify, WordPress or an equivalent platform.
The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related subject is advantageous but not required.
