The Entertainer is opening a brand-new store in Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon!

With more than 150 stores across the UK, and our toy concession partnership with Tesco, we have exciting plans for the future as we continue in our ambition to be Britain’s Toy Shop.

What we need from you:

As a Sales Assistant, we want you to be:

- confident and approachable

What your responsibilities will include:

Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over task and delivering a great shopping experience.
Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and to be actively pushing your add-on’s by engaging effectively with customers.
Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store keeping up with the maintenance of stock room areas.
Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards

Contracts Available for this store are:

- 20 Hour contracts, typically working 4-hour shifts over 5 days a week.

- 12 Hour contracts, typically working 4-hour shifts over 3 days a week.

- Weekend Sales Assistants, typically working 10 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays.

Our stores are open 7 days a week and you will need a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key that you are able to work the shift patterns above for the role that suits you best. This might include working hours at any time of the day, and extra hours should they be available - perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.

Key Information about this role:

Store Trading Hours:

Monday - Friday 9 - 9

Saturday 9 - 6

Sunday - 1 - 6

Rates of Pay:

16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour.

21-year-old plus - £12.71 per hour
