Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting medical staff, and ensuring the well-being of patients across various departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a reputable healthcare facility while developing your professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities
Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols
Assist medical practitioners during examinations and procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care
Observe patients for any changes in condition and report findings promptly to the medical team
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients
Support the organisation of patient schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams as required

Requirements

Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology
Competency in medication administration following strict safety guidelines
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant regulatory body
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
