Full job description

We're looking for a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our growing team, managing warm student enquiries from first message through to signed contract. You'll work across WhatsApp, live chat, phone, and email — no cold calling to wrestle with, just organised follow-up with people who've already shown interest.

CODE Students is an award-winning private student accommodation provider, developing, building, and managing self-contained studio blocks in Leicester and Coventry, with plans to expand into more UK cities.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to student enquiries across WhatsApp, live chat, phone, and email
Guiding warm leads through the full sales journey, from enquiry to signed contract
Following up on leads who've already expressed interest, to convert them
Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of leads and progress
Completing all sales paperwork and documentation
Supporting customer service queries as they come up

What You'll Need

Essential:

Right to work in the UK
Ability to work full-time, on-site in Leicester
Confident, accurate use of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

2+ years' experience in sales or customer service
Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisation

Working hours:

40 hours/week, typically across five 8-hour shifts, scheduled flexibly between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday.
