Overview

Department: Residential Conveyancing

Location: Perth

Working hours: This is a full time role, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week)

Reporting to: Residential Conveyancing Partners

Job Type: Permanent

Closing date: Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews held on a rolling basis.

Your responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the overall, day-to-day running of the department, taking on administrative tasks from our Residential Conveyancing Partners. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent service to our clients, while furthering the department and Firm's business objectives.

Key experience and skills

Ability to develop positive working relationships across the firm and with clients; gain the respect of colleagues
Ability to assess clients’ needs and offer practical solutions
Acts as a positive ambassador for the Firm both internally and externally
Works effectively with other team members
Actively supports department partners and management
Takes a proactive approach to matter administration
Experience in diary management, arranging travel itineraries, and taking accurate meeting
Relevant software proficiency
Experience working in a law Firm or similar office environment
