Joinery Work: Perform a wide range of joinery tasks, including but not limited to, framing, door/window installation, flooring, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
Material Preparation: Measure, cut, and shape various materials, such as wood, MDF, and other construction materials, as needed for the project.
Installation: Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other joinery components accurately and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all joinery work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations for quality and finish.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with the project manager, team members to ensure seamless project coordination.
Client Interaction: Interact professionally with clients when required, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the joinery work.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to joinery work promptly and effectively.
Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to joinery work.

Requirements:

Must be a fully time-served joiner with a high standard of workmanship and a commitment to quality finishes.
Proficiency in all aspects of joinery work, from 1st fit to final finish and kitchen fitting, with the ability to coordinate apprentices.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a solid understanding of the building industry.
Actively contribute to problem-solving and participate in improvement planning
Must have a valid full driving license and possess necessary carpentry tools.
Possess physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
