We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to become a key part of our sales team, taking ownership of a portfolio of customers and helping them continue to choose us as their preferred supplier.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer relationship management, account development and sales support. You'll welcome new customers following their first purchase, reconnect with customers who haven't ordered for a while, and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.

The Role

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers throughout their journey with us.

Working closely with the sales team, you'll become a trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring they receive excellent service while identifying opportunities to support their business and encourage future orders.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts.
Welcome new customers following their first order and build long-term relationships.
Re-engage customers who haven't ordered recently.
Proactively contact customers to understand their requirements and encourage repeat business.
Handle inbound customer telephone calls and email enquiries.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow up quotations and customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records and activities within HubSpot CRM.
Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and account growth.
Resolve customer queries and work with colleagues to find effective solutions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who genuinely enjoys working with customers.

You'll ideally have experience in customer service, internal sales, account support or a similar office-based role, but just as importantly you'll be someone who:

Enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Is confident and professional on the telephone.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Uses initiative and enjoys solving problems.
Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through to completion.
Has strong attention to detail.
Is adaptable and thrives in a busy environment.
Wants to contribute to the success of the business.
Has experience using Microsoft Office. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM system would be advantageous.

Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
