Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards to enhance the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating any shortages to management promptly.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service standards as needed.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service and helping guests enjoy their experience.
Knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
