About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Training Team at Forza Foods!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Factory Trainer to become a vital part of our onsite Training Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about Training and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

Induction training for new starters and refresh current colleagues including food safety & health and safety
Mandatory training module requirements for site and legal requirements
Operational training module training
Evaluate colleague operational performance via internal audit sheets
Management training modules in relation to shop floor operations
Preparing and reviewing Standard Operational Procedures
Liaise with Management team members in relation to training requirements and/or issues
Support and mentor new colleagues
Ensure training matrix information is maintained and updated as and when required
Work with and develop the site shop floor training supports
Plan training schedules ( with the training manager) to cover all training requirements and dates
