About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our Quality Assurance Team within Adult Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the quality of care and support services, driving continuous service improvement, and ensuring residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon receive safe, effective and high-quality care.

As QA Team Leader, you will provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assurance Team, oversee quality monitoring activities, support the development of providers, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and local authority expectations.

Working closely with internal and external partners, you will use performance and quality information to identify risks, drive improvement, and contribute to the strategic development of Adult Social Care services.

About You

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience of quality assurance, auditing, inspection or service improvement within health or social care.
Knowledge of CQC and Ofsted standards, safeguarding, governance and quality monitoring processes.
Excellent analytical, report-writing and communication skills.
The ability to build positive relationships while providing appropriate challenge and support.
A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving positive outcomes for residents.
