Architect / Creative Space Designer – Music & Arts Hub Project

Location: Fargo Village, Coventry
Contract: Freelance / Project-Based
Compensation: Competitive project fee – open to proposals

Help Us Build Coventry's Next Creative Landmark

Motive Man Entertainment is creating a brand-new music and arts hub in the heart of Coventry and we're looking for an Architect or Creative Space Designer to help bring the vision to life.

Having previously operated a high-spec recording studio facility in Foleshill, we're now relocating to a larger space at Fargo Village. The new premises are currently a blank canvas, offering a rare opportunity to design a purpose-built creative environment from the ground up.

This will be more than a recording studio.

We're creating a vibrant creative hub where artists, producers, engineers, young people and the wider community can come together to create, learn and collaborate.

The Space Will Include

2–3 professional recording studios
Artist lounge and social space
Kitchenette
Manager's office
Small classroom / workshop room
Flexible creative and event space [ Lounge]

We're Looking For Someone Who Can

Create innovative and inspiring layouts
Produce architectural drawings and concepts
Maximise the potential of the available space
Work alongside our contractors and project team
Help create a professional, future-proof creative environment

Experience with studios, creative venues, community spaces, entertainment facilities or cultural projects is highly desirable.

About Us

Motive Man Entertainment works across music, artist development, events, education, media production and community engagement. We work with Coventry council, local businesses, schools, producer, record labels, artists etc.

This project will bring together recording, workshops, events, content creation and creative opportunities under one roof, helping establish a new destination for music and culture in Coventry.
