Full job description

Job Summary
I am looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join my business on a self employed basis. Various hours per week. You will be subcontracted out by 5 Star Clean and Shine to provide cleaning services to a very high standard and make client's properties feel like a 5 star luxury hotel.

This position would ideally suit someone that is already self employed or willing to be self employed and who has public liability insurance or happy to take it out.

You will be on 5 Star Clean and Shine's sub contractor list to be matched with clients as and when the jobs come in.

Driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
Supply their own cleaning equipment. (Some clients allow use of their equipment)
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination.
Assist with specialised cleaning projects as required, including window washing or carpet cleaning.
Ensure all areas are kept organised and presentable throughout the shift.
To have Public Liability insurance and a current DBS.

Skills

Previous experience in domestic and commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential, a check list is provided to help.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions accurately.
Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during shifts.
Reliable with a professional attitude towards cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Pay: £17.00 per hour
