To support this, we’re hiring an Operations Planning & Delivery Manager — a senior, high-impact role at the centre of the business.

This is not a traditional “operations” role.

This is about leading change, driving alignment, and shaping how a large organisation works and communicates at scale.

As an Operations Planning & Delivery Manager, you will act as the lynchpin between strategy and execution — ensuring that operational priorities, change initiatives, and communication are aligned across the business.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to bring clarity to complexity, create structure across a fast-paced environment, and ensure that teams across the organisation are engaged, informed, and able to deliver effectively.

Salary : Up to £65,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a business-wide approach to operational planning and alignment
Owning and embedding a “one version of the truth” framework for communication and delivery
Driving the delivery of major change and transformation initiatives
Partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities and enable execution
Designing and evolving target operating models and ways of working
Leading on engagement and communication planning, ensuring clarity and buy-in across teams
Acting as a central point of coordination across Operations, People, IT and leadership teams
Using data and insight to inform decisions, improve performance and drive change outcomes
Supporting a culture of continuous improvement across a complex, multi-site organisation

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a credible, engaging senior leader who thrives in pace and complexity.

You’ll bring:

Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-site, people-led organisation
A proven track record of leading change and transformation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership
A strong ability to create structure, clarity and alignment in complex environments
A proactive, resilient mindset with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement

This role is best suited to someone who has led change in a service-driven, people-focused organisation, where engagement and communication are critical — rather than purely transactional or process-driven environments.

Desirable

Experience in care, healthcare, or regulated sectors
Exposure to operating model design or transformation programmes
Familiarity with structured improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)
