Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining production processes, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Adjust machinery settings as required to maintain product specifications.
Record production data accurately, including output levels, machine performance, and any anomalies.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance teams.
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with the setup and changeover of machinery between production runs.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to industrial operations.
