Full job description

Lettings Manager – Whitegates Doncaster
£30,000 basic + uncapped bonus

We’re looking for a proactive Lettings Manager to take ownership of our lettings department in Doncaster and actively grow the managed portfolio.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants real responsibility. You’ll be responsible for winning new landlord instructions through market appraisals and business development, while also overseeing and hands-on managing the existing portfolio with the support of the team.

The role

Source and win new landlord instructions through proactive business development and strong market appraisals
Grow the managed portfolio
Lead the lettings team and maintain high standards of service
Hands-on management of the existing book (tenancies, compliance, check-ins/outs, landlord & tenant communication)
Drive results while delivering excellent customer service

You’ll have team support, but this is very much a role for someone who enjoys ownership and wants their performance to directly influence their earnings.

Experienced Lettings Managers looking for a fresh opportunity
Strong Lettings Negotiators ready to step up into a management role

You’ll need solid lettings experience, confidence in winning new business, good knowledge of the lettings process, a full UK driving licence and your own car. Experience of managing HMOs would be a distinct advantage. Most importantly, you need to be proactive, organised and results-driven.

The package

£30,000 basic salary
Uncapped bonus – strong performers can significantly increase their earnings as the portfolio grows
30 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service
Pension scheme
Mileage and expenses paid
Full training and ongoing support

Hours: Monday–Friday with a rotational Saturday (1 in 3). Some flexibility available.

Whitegates is an established local agent and this is a chance to properly own and grow a lettings department in Doncaster.
