Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Sales Data Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining sales data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across our systems. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting sales operations through precise data entry, analysis, and reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills within a dynamic commercial environment.

Duties

Processing orders from retailers in SageX3
Inbox management, responding to customer orders and queries
Tracking – providing tracking information to customers by email
Processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
Customer service via phone, email, and customer portals
Reviewing content and analysing data on reseller websites
Reporting on daily stock levels and recurring customer issues
Filing and general office duties

Experience

Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is preferred
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within a team environment.
Knowledge of sales processes or experience within a commercial setting is desirable but not essential. This position is ideal for organised individuals eager to contribute to a thriving organisation while expanding their expertise in sales data management
