Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Blueberry Picker/Weigher to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting blueberries efficiently and accurately weighing the produce to ensure quality standards are maintained. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a productive environment, contributing directly to the success of our harvest season. Applicants should be physically fit, attentive to detail, and capable of working in varying weather conditions.

Duties

Carefully pick ripe blueberries by hand, ensuring minimal damage to the fruit and plants
Weigh harvested blueberries accurately using appropriate equipment and record data as required
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

Basic maths skills for weighing and recording data accurately
Prolonged standing or walking during shifts
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with a positive attitude

Applicants should be prepared for physical activity, possess relevant skills, and be eager to contribute to a successful harvest season.
