£110 per day + uncapped commission | Weekend event work | Work around supercars

Supreme Trackdays Ltd, operating 6th Gear Experience, is looking for confident, outgoing and money-motivated people to join our event sales team at supercar driving experience days across the UK.

This is not a desk job. You will be working at exciting, fast-paced events surrounded by cars such as Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Aston Martins, Porsches, Nissan GTRs, Mustangs and more.

Our customers arrive excited for a memorable day out. For many, it is a birthday gift, celebration, bucket-list experience or once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Your role is to welcome them, guide them through the day, and offer upgrades and media packages that make their experience even better.

If you are confident speaking to people, enjoy selling, and like the idea of earning more when you perform well, this could be a great role for you.

The role

You will be part of our front-facing event sales team. You will help customers from the moment they arrive, explain their booking, offer relevant upgrades, and help them purchase photos and videos after their drive.

You will be trained across both check-in sales and media sales.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming customers and creating a great first impression
Checking guests in for their driving experience
Explaining what they have booked
Offering additional drives and upgrades
Selling damage waiver, high-speed passenger rides and familiarisation laps
Helping customers view and purchase photo and video packages
Using our check-in and media sales systems
Keeping calm and organised during busy event periods
Supporting the wider event team when needed

Pay

You will earn:

£110 per day + 5% commission on your own sales

Commission is uncapped, so your earning potential is directly linked to your performance.

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a basic day rate and is motivated by the opportunity to earn extra through strong sales.

You should be:

Confident speaking to members of the public
Friendly, professional and approachable
Comfortable working in a sales environment
Motivated by targets and commission
Reliable and punctual
Able to work well under pressure
Organised during busy periods
Comfortable using basic computer systems
Happy to work outdoors at event venues
Willing to help with some light physical duties when required

Previous experience in sales, events, retail, hospitality, promotions, customer service or fundraising would be useful, but it is not essential.

The right attitude is more important than your background.

Some members of our event team work with us on a regular basis and make this a significant part of their income. For the right person, with strong availability and consistent performance, there may be opportunities to work frequently across our event calendar.

Important information

This is event-based work and is not a full-time role. Our events take place at different venues across the UK, mainly at weekends, so availability will vary depending on the event calendar.

Some people choose to work occasional dates alongside other commitments, while others work with us much more regularly and make it a major part of their working life.

Some venues are outdoors. Shelter is provided for check-in and media sales areas using gazebos, but you should be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.

Lunch is not provided, but discounted food is usually available from onsite catering.

Invoices are submitted on the final day of the month worked and are paid one month later.
