Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team working alongside our existing Receptionist/Administrator. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires very strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a very busy office environment. Previous experience of working within a legal environment would be advantageous although not essential.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer incoming calls obtaining detailed information to answer as many queries as possible directly, manage phone etiquette and direct calls when necessary.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our electronic case management system
Handle clerical tasks including engathering paper court and appointment files, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing electronic calendars
Maintain a clean and organised reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations
Posting the mail at the end of each day

Qualifications

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in an office setting
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
