Full job description

Founded in 2013, Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC began by offering a cleaning service. It has now grown to become one of the largest third sector property services companies within the Midlands offering services in construction, gardening, clearance and cleaning.

Whilst being able to deliver a comprehensive range of services we are also able to help our communities and customers gain maximum social and economic value.Based within the Westmidlands we have several depots that you may need to work from aswell as some flexi home working.

We are looking for a Part Time Finance Assistant (16 hours) to support our day-to-day transactions, including expenses and payroll.

Finance Assistant responsibilities include:

Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports,

Processing payments,

Maintaining cost reports

Managing invoices

Data Entry

Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Track and reconcile bank statements
Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)
Process tax payments
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly and annual audits

If you have an accounting background and using accounting software Xero to carry out the usual bookkeeping duties we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help maintain our company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources beneficially.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
