Location: Piperdam Leisure Resort, Dundee, DD2 5LP, Nr Birkhill

Hours: Variable - some evenings & weekends required

Remuneration: £13.05 per hour - paid weekly!

What we need in a nutshell

We’re looking for a hard-working and friendly team leader for our bar and restaurant. You will be driving customer service throughout the food and beverage department to ensure sure our guests enjoy their visit. Due to the nature of the role you must be 18+

Set in 650 acres of idyllic Angus countryside, Piperdam combines superb accommodation and award-winning facilities to create the ultimate Scottish Experience. Our facilities include our Room with a View restaurant and Howie’s bar.

What you’ll be doing

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay. This includes:

Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
Ensuring team are all looking after our guests
Cashing up at the end of shifts
Open up or close down of the facility
Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift
Complying with all the legal requirements

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this we have high standards! We will train you up, but you must:

Have customer service experience and skills
Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
Have experience of working in a team
