Full job description

Returns Customer Service Advisor

Reports To : Returns Manager

Job Purpose : The role of the returns customer services team is to help with the smooth running of the returns department. To ensure the mail order customers receive exemplary service.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering exemplary customer service at all times
Process returns accurately and efficiently
Scan returns into our warehouse
Process the returned stock
Process returns paper work in accordance with customer requests
Apply product knowledge to be able to reply to customer emails and enquiries
Knowledge of the basic workings of the website
To data capture accurately all details from calls and make relevant notes on customer records
Answering the telephone for mail order customer services in a professional manner
Excellent product knowledge of all catalogue items
The ability to navigate Elucid the database system to an high level
Excellent keyboard skills and a knowledge of Excel spreadsheets records

Highly organised and collaborative, working with a wide range of colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly professional manner.
Thorough working knowledge of database systems and Microsoft package including Word and Excel.

Ability to work within a team as well as individually
