We are currently seeking a creative, ambitious and curious Commis Chef, Pastry, to join our Pastry Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £38,655 / per annum based on a 46 hrs contract - comprising a base salary of £33,655, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

You’ll be learning lots on the job, and as you gain more experience, responsibility will come with this
Playing a key part in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative, innovative and inspirational items
Making sure our operation runs without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high
Bringing delicious, creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests’ tables; you’ll become an asset to your team, determined to grab every opportunity and you have a huge appetite to learn from the best in the business
Maintaining a can-do and problem-solving attitude, you have a fantastic eye for the precision required in Pastry
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
